On establishment of Boulcott's Farm Heritage Golf Club, a Board comprising four ex-Hutt members and four ex-Boulcott members was established.  They elected the Chair.  The position of President was established to be appointed by Club Members in General Meeting.  The Golf Committee was established with a equal number of Men and Ladies, and with a Mens Captain and a Ladies Captain.  The Officers of the Club are the President, the Chair of the Board and the Mens and Ladies Captains.
